Peruvian Ceviche at the Home of Saturday Kitchen


The skies may be grey but it’s warm in the kitchen this morning because Peruvian chef Martin Morales is at the hobs. For today is the last Cactus Kitchens ‘Saturday Kitchen’ session of the year.

I will be hosting 2 fun filled session at Cactus Kitchens cookery school, above the studio with some beautiful wines and a host of tales from behind the scenes on ‘Saturday Kitchen’.

Martin will be making sea bass ceviche and I have a rather fabulous Argentinian Torrontés to go with it. I can’t wait to open the bottles!
